A fast, keyboard-first browser workspace designed around local Pi coding-agent sessions.
Contribution. Product concept and interface design; interface engineering, from the stream protocol to the UI; local-first architecture.

Fast, browser-based video calls that start with a link—no guest account, download, or setup required.
Contribution. Product concept, brand and interface design, full-stack development, realtime media architecture, and deployment.
A joyful utility for creating harmonious palettes with perceptual color models instead of guesswork.

I model every state a screen can enter: loading, streaming, interrupted, error and done. Typed state machines keep the interface correct when the network is slow or the user stops halfway.
Spring physics, resizers, drawers and layout transitions that keep their state. Every motion has a keyboard path and respects reduced-motion settings.
Tokens, shadcn/ui and Base UI components, and written rules, so designers, engineers and coding agents build inside one system.
Screen-reader announcements, visible focus and Core Web Vitals that I measure on real visits. I measure a screen before I call it fast.
That overlap means fewer gaps between intent and implementation, faster iteration, and products that keep their character all the way to production. I’m equally at home refining a visual system, shaping component architecture, or connecting the services behind it.
